As Assistant Manager Operations, you will have the opportunity to explore different positions within operations over a few years, so you can discover which role suits you best. The position offers a lot of freedom and you can largely fill in according to your own interests. In the beginning you will get to know the plant and the organization, after which you will take on (project-based) different roles to discover your strengths and ambitions. One of those roles is a managerial position, in which you manage a team on the production floor Other possibilities lie, for example, within engineering or quality, depending on your interests. 'Go and discover' typifies the company culture and fits this position perfectly. You will work closely with and report directly to the Operations Manager.

What do you own?
- A completed college or university degree in Technical Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or similar;
- You have a command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing;
- Experience in a management position is a plus;
- You have communication skills, can convince others and are committed;
- You have an adventurous mindset and like to explore new things;
- You enjoy working collaboratively, are not afraid to take the lead and get energy from empowering others.

- A gross monthly salary starting at 3,000.00 depending on experience;

Ardagh Glass
Ardagh Glass in Moerdijk produces beer bottles for the world-famous Heineken brand. The plant has an impressive capacity of 600 bottles per minute, 3.5 million per day and nearly 1 billion bottles annually. The bottles from Moerdijk can be identified by the omega symbol with the number 30.
Ardagh is considered a leading supplier in the industry and has a focus on continuously improving its processes. LEAN Six Sigma thinking is woven into the organization and is extremely tangible and visible on the factory floor. In addition, Ardagh strives to minimize environmental impacts and continue to produce sustainably. The plant uses self-generated solar energy and recycles all waste into new products.
