Business ERP Analyst at Karsten International
As a Business ERP Analyst, you are the driving force behind the professionalization of Karsten's ERP landscape. Central to this is the elaboration and optimization of the processes of this trade organization and implementation of these processes in the ERP system (Dynamics 365 Business Central). As a full-service partner, Karsten relieves its customers completely from product design to after-sales. Together with the IT manager, you therefore work on the development of and integration with related applications from the IT landscape. Think for example of the supplier portal, CMS and CRM system. This position offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a very fast growing organization covering a large part of the supply chain.
What else are you involved in?
In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed above:
- Function as the first point of contact for users of Business Central;
- Switch with Karsten's ERP consulting partner for support, customization and projects;
- Report and advise directly to management;
- Train Karsten employees in the use of Business Central
- Manage and improve testing procedures for major updates to Business Central.

What do you own?
- A completed college education in, for example, (technical) business administration, computer science, logistics and supply chain or similar;
- You have a good command of both the Dutch and English languages;
- You have good communication skills, can convince others and take ownership of your work;
- You have a focus on quality and like to think along about optimizing business processes;
- You have experience with change processes in IT;
- You are daring, assertive and self-directed.
