As a Data & Process Specialist, you play a crucial role at Fulfilment Achterhoek by implementing data-driven work. Your focus is on creating actionable insights that lead to concrete actions in process optimizations and cost savings. By working pragmatically and involving all layers of the organization, improvements are not only conceived but actually realized.

What are you concerned with?‍

‍Process optimizationand implementation of improvements. In collaboration with operational teams, you identify bottlenecks in the fulfillment process and draw up improvement plans. You implement and monitor improvement initiatives and ensure measurable impact. In addition, you foster a continuous improvement culture by promoting data-driven decisions.‍
Data analysis and insight development. You will identify key KPIs and performance data within the organization. By analyzing operational and financial data, you identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. You will also develop dashboards that not only show numbers, but also help with decision-making and action-oriented work.‍
Digitization. You investigate how existing systems can be better utilized or where new tools are needed. In addition, you support the implementation of new software and automations.

What do you own?

A completed college education in the direction of (Technical) Business Administration, logistics or similar;
Knowledge of and experience with data analysis and/or business intelligence is a plus;
1-2 years of experience in an analytical and operational role within logistics, fulfillment or supply chain;
Familiar in the world of logistics;
Independent, eager to learn, hands-on, team player with a sense of responsibility;
Communication Skills;
You live in the Zevenaar area.
