As Financial Controller at CTH, you are the financial compass of the organization. You provide insight, overview and foresight. From optimizing processes to advising management: your work makes a difference. And you also focus on the question: how can we do better tomorrow?
What is the common thread in your position?
- Report with precision: you will prepare financial reports that will help guide management.
- Analyze and identify: you examine results, spot trends and put deviations under the microscope.
- Initiate improvements: you see opportunities to make processes smarter, faster and more efficient and come up with concrete proposals.
- International cooperation: you regularly interact with foreign offices.
- Perform SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) and internal controls: you ensure financial processes are compliant and tightly aligned with regulations.
- Flexible switching: you pick up ad hoc financial issues and know how to get to the heart of the matter quickly with your sharp insights.
- Communicate effectively: you communicate at all levels and translate financial insights into clear language.

What do you own?
- You have at least a completed college degree in Finance;
- You have 3+ years of experience as a Financial Controller;
- You are deadline driven and used to working with large amounts of data reporting and analysis;
- You have worked in an (international) production environment;
- You are proactive and enjoy picking up business;
- You are communicatively strong;
- You speak Dutch and English;
- Experience with either AOIC, or SOX or US Gaap;
- Experience with BI and HFM is a plus.
