Interim Planning Specialist through NextGen

Within this role, you will have the opportunity to explore different planning functions such as Production Planner, Demand Planner, Supply Chain Planner, S&OP Planner or Master Planner. Depending on the assignment, you will work in sectors such as high-tech, food or pharma - at both multinationals and SMEs.

No assignment is the same. Sometimes you optimize the production process at a multinational company, other times you help a scale-up with a more efficient supply chain. This ensures that you quickly acquire new skills and develop broadly as a specialist.

You grow with each new experience and we make sure you always get the right challenge. That's who we are, that's what we do!

Working through NextGen

NextGen is more than a staffing agency. We are your career partner. With our Next Level program you grow at lightning speed, both in knowledge and in personal development.

In the first year, you will engage in LEAN Six SigmaGreen Belt training and apply the theory directly to your assignment. You will also work on your personal development: you will learn how to make the most of your talents and make an impact in your work.

In the second year, you focus on Personal Leadership. You will learn how to get people on board, influence and structure complex situations. During intervisions you will work together with other NextGeners on challenges you encounter in practice.
