Maintenance Engineer at Nijhuis Toelevering
As a Maintenance Engineer, you play a key role in ensuring the reliability and safety of our machines and installations. Together with the technical department, you will work on smart maintenance plans and ensure that everything keeps running as it should. With your proactive approach, you will prevent downtime and help make our production efficient and future-proof.
What will you do?
- Ensure maintenance and safety. You keep machines and installations in top condition and ensure they comply with NEN3140/1010 guidelines.
- Planning and coordinating. Together with colleagues and external parties, you ensure that maintenance runs smoothly and production never comes to a standstill.
- Developing the MYOP. You will help develop and implement a multi-year maintenance plan that is consistent with Nijhuis Toelevering's growth ambitions.
- Advise and improve. You think about maintenance instructions and continuously see opportunities to make processes smarter and more efficient.
You are a technical all-rounder with an eye for detail. You combine a hands-on mentality with a well-organized and structured approach. You think in solutions, remain calm under pressure and know how to set priorities. Quality and safety always come first for you, and you enjoy working together on smart, sustainable improvements.

What do you own?
- A completed college degree in Technical Business Administration or similar;
- Relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment as a Maintenance Engineer;
- Experience in people management;
- Professional command of the Dutch and English languages;
- Knowledge of LEAN methodologies.
What do we offer you?
- Position of at least 32 hours;
- Immediate permanent contract;
- An excellent gross salary starting at €4,116 (based on 40 hours and depending on your experience);
