Manager Business Office at Nijhuis Toelevering
As Manager Business Office, you have a forward-looking vision of digitization, automation and process improvement. You will implement LEAN methods and strengthen Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to make processes more efficient.
You are responsible for the further digitization of the engineering and work preparation processes and play a key role in optimizing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics (ERP) for improved workflow and planning.
In addition, you strategically and operationally manage the departments Service and Aftercare, Work Preparation, Purchasing, Planning and Calculation. From a coaching and facilitating role, you contribute to the development of the teams within these departments.
You promote a culture of innovation, collaboration and customer focus, both within your teams and across departments. You support and guide managers in strengthening their leadership skills and personal growth. You act as a liaison between departments and management, as well as between departments within the business office and other teams, such as production and sales.
You actively contribute to strategic decision-making and policy-making within the Management Team. In cooperation with the other MT members (5 colleagues) you will ensure the realization of the company's objectives. In summary, you have the ability to effectively combine strategic thinking and practical action.

What do you own?
- HBO/WO work and thinking level, with at least 4 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment;
- An inspiring leader who effortlessly combines innovation and customer focus;
- Experienced in LEAN Management and applying the PDCA cycle to optimize and secure processes;
- Skilled in implementing digitization and ERP software, experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus;
- A team player who fosters collaboration across departments and actively contributes to strategic goals;
- Driven to establish a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
