Talent Coach at NextGen

As a Talent Coach, you play a key role in the development of our talents. You coach and train young, highly educated talents in Supply Chain & Operations while they work at leading companies. You ensure that they not only grow in their field of expertise, but also as professionals and as people.

So what are you concerned with?

  • Coaching and mentoring. From one-on-one coaching to progress meetings and client evaluations. You help talents gain insights and take steps.
  • Training and intervision. You will provide inspiring training and intervision on personal and professional development and contribute to its organization.
  • NextLevel program optimization. You think and collaborate on how our NextLevel program can be even better.
  • Sparring with clients. You interact with the organizations where our talents work and translate their feedback into concrete actions.
  • Planning and organizing. You keep an overview and make sure everything runs smoothly.

For our NextGen employees, you are their coach, their motivator and sometimes critical mirror. With your guidance, they know how to make a real impact.

Working at NextGen

What makes it so much fun to work on our team? Our people are what make NextGen so unique. Simply because they are themselves. Enthusiastic, positive, full of energy and with a huge drive.

We see ourselves as more than recruiters. There is no agency that is an employer to people the way we are: personal development, attention for people and doing fun things together. This philosophy forms the basis of everything we do. And that is how we make the difference.

Lots of freedom, flexibility and room for your own development. That's what we believe in at NextGen. We trust everyone on our team to carry out their work with the best of intentions. What you give, you also get back. We are convinced of that.

And there is certainly no shortage of fun either. Team outings, the Black Cross, a Christmas drink and a Christmas dinner, and the standard 'vrijmibo' (free mibo) are not to be missed. A good balance between fun and work. That is what we find important.
